Dr Raj Krishnan is a Queensland trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2018. Dr Krishnan underwent his undergraduate M.B.B.S and post graduate orthopaedic training from one of the top medical schools in India.

He has enriched his orthopaedic surgical skills by working in various Queensland Health facilities including Redcliffe Hospital, Greenslopes Private Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, LCCH (Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital), RBWH (Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital), Ipswich Hospital, Townsville Hospital & Tweed hospital.

Dr Krishnan welcomes referrals from his medical colleagues (Medical Objects preferred) and is happy to discuss any patient management issues with referring doctors. Once a patient has made their appointment a letter will be sent to the referrer electronically confirming that the patient has indeed made an appointment and the date and time of this.

For urgent enquiries, contact the rooms to speak directly with Dr Krishnan – we will endeavour to transfer your call to his mobile if he is not in the consulting rooms!

what you need to know when

making an appointment with dr krishnan

Making an appointment with Dr Krishnan is easy.  A GP or specialist referral is required.  Once this has been obtained, contact the rooms to make an appointment.  A confirmation appointment pack will be sent out which will include an appointment confirmation letter, patient details forms and a practice privacy policy.  Dr Krishnan’s consultation fees are disclosed in the confirmation letter.

On the day, please bring along a copy of any recent radiology scans as well as a copy of your referral.  We look forward to hearing from you soon!
